Refund policy

All items are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of these pieces, all sales are final.

 

Refunds or returns are not accepted for:

• change of mind
• fit issues
• minor cosmetic variations

A return or refund may be considered only if:

• the item arrives with a significant structural defect
• or the item is materially different from the description and photos

Any approved return must:

• be authorized in writing
• be returned in the original condition
• be sent back within 7 days of delivery

 

Items showing wear beyond try-on are not eligible for return. No cancellations.
