Orders are processed within 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipping.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the postal carrier and are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Production times for handmade or custom pieces may vary depending on order volume.
